Appointment Reminder SMS Terms

There is no charge for receiving appointment reminder messages. However, standard message and data rates may apply, which you can confirm with your mobile service provider. Any charges will be billed by your carrier or deducted from your prepaid account. Please note that consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition for receiving services or making purchases.

The information we collect as part of this SMS service may include your mobile number, carrier details, and the content, date, and time of the messages exchanged. This data is used to contact you and provide the services you’ve requested.

Please note that SMS messages may not always be delivered if your phone is out of range, if there is insufficient network capacity at a given time, or if there are other external factors affecting message transmission, such as terrain, weather, building proximity, or interference with your device. User-Generated Content

Submissions: We encourage you to share your feedback, reviews, and other contributions (collectively, “User-Generated Content” or “UGC”) through our website, mobile apps, and social media. By submitting UGC, you agree to comply with these terms and acknowledge that:

• No Trademarks or Commercial Endorsements: The UGC does not include any third-party trademarks, logos, or commercial endorsements that are not owned by you or Make A Smile Dental.

By submitting User-Generated Content (UGC), you grant Make A Smile Dental, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, contractors, partners, and third-party service providers (collectively referred to as “Licensed Parties”) a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully-paid, non-exclusive, transferable, and sublicensable right to use, modify, display, publish, republish, transmit, distribute, create derivative works from, and otherwise utilize your UGC in connection with Make A Smile Dental’s business activities. This includes, but is not limited to, use in advertising, promotions, marketing campaigns, websites, social media, emails, advertisements, and other media formats, whether existing now or created in the future. This right applies both with or without your name, image, likeness, voice, or other identifying information, and we may combine your UGC with other works.

Additionally, you agree that the Licensed Parties may use your username, real name, location, image, or likeness in connection with any use of your UGC as outlined in these Terms of Use.

You also irrevocably grant all necessary permissions, consents, and rights, including those required under copyright and related laws, for us to use your UGC as described here. If needed, you agree to sign any necessary documents to secure and enforce the rights you’ve granted to us. You also waive any moral rights, rights of attribution, or any equivalent rights to the UGC, and you acknowledge that you will not receive any compensation for its use. Furthermore, you understand that you will not have the right to approve or inspect how your UGC is used.

Make A Smile Dental has the sole discretion to choose whether or not to use your UGC. We are not obligated to use it, and we may remove or stop using your UGC at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability. Use of your UGC does not imply endorsement or affiliation with you.

By submitting your UGC, you also grant other users of the Make A Smile Dental platform permission to view, store, repost, or share your content for their personal, non-commercial use. Make A Smile Dental is not obligated to treat any UGC as confidential, and we have the right to edit, copy, modify, or distribute any UGC made available through our services, without compensation to you or any third parties.

While we enable the display of your UGC, we do not act as publishers and are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any UGC shared by you or other users.

If you have a relationship with Make A Smile Dental (such as being an employee, influencer, or compensated partner), please disclose that information when posting content.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree not to post or transmit any of the following content that:
