Make A Smile has not sold or shared personal information to third parties in the past 12 months. Correspondingly, Make A Smile does not sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
Make A Smile has not disclosed information to third parties for business purposes in the past 12 months.
Make A Smile does not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those specified in section 7027, subsection (m) of the California Consumer Privacy Act Regulations.
The California Consumer Privacy Act confers on you the following rights regarding your personal information.
- The right to know what personal information we have collected about you, including the categories of personal information, the categories of sources from which the personal information is collected, the business or commercial purpose for collecting, selling, or sharing personal information, the categories of third parties to whom we disclose personal information, and the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
