Covid-19 Update

Dear Patients,

As the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation continues to rapidly evolve, we continue our commitment to provide quality of care and to serve our community in keeping our patients, staff, and their families safe and healthy as we continue to monitor the ongoing situation.

Make a Smile is committed to continuing to treat patients for all treatments and procedures. We will continue to have limited staff in office for emergent cases. It is important that we continue to support the healthcare systems in our community by diverting any dental cases away from local hospitals and urgent care centers who may be overwhelmed and actively helping people in need. Please call our office if you are experiencing discomfort or require immediate care and we will assist you in making arrangements for care.

Patients who have an upcoming appointment will be contacted directly if their appointment will be disrupted due to changes in the schedule. Please be patient with us and allow us to call you to reschedule. This will help us to manage the overall appointment calendar in order to best address everyone’s needs.

Be assured that our regular aggressive cleaning practices, policies and procedures continue to meet or exceed those recommended for medical and dental facilities. This includes hospital grade disinfectants for all surfaces, as well as providing hand sanitizers throughout the office for patient use.

We appreciate and thank you for your ongoing support. Be safe, take care, and don’t forget to brush your teeth!

Sincerely,

The Make a Smile Team
